We kindly ask that any cancellations are made 24 hours before your appointment.
As a result, late cancellations will be subject to a 50% service charge. A no show/no call will result in 100% of the service charged. These charges are non-refundable.
We know that life happens and we get sick or emergencies arise and that’s okay. Because this happens, we like to give a little grace. Please let us know ahead of time if you can. Refund requests are at a managers discretion and issued accordingly.
